Score\uff09\u662f\u8861\u91cf\u9867\u5ba2\u5feb\u6a02\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u6307\u6a19\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6bd4\u80fd\u5e36\u7d66\u9867\u5ba2\u5feb\u6a02\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u66f4\u52a0\u7684\u81ea\u8c6a\u548c\u559c\u6085\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5df2\u6210\u70baZoom\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u4e00\u6bb5\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u807d\u904e\u6211\u5011\u8ac7\u8ad6\u904e\u6211\u5011\u7684NPS\u5e7e\u6b21\u3002\u6e96\u5099\u597d\u807d\u5230\u9019\u500b\u7e2e\u5beb\uff01\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5f97\u5206\u5df2\u7d93\u5f9e\u696d\u754c\u9818\u5148\u768469\u63d0\u5347\u5230\u4e86\u4ee4\u4eba\u9a5a\u8a1d\u768472\uff01\u6211\u5011\u8a8d\u771f\u5730\u5c0d\u81ea\u5df1\u611f\u5230\u6709\u90a3\u9ebc\u4e00\u9ede\u9ede\u7684\u81ea\u8c6a\uff0c\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5462\uff1f\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u544a\u8a34\u60a8\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc<\/p>\n<p>\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662fNPS\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>NPS\u57fa\u672c\u4e0a\u662f\u5ba2\u6236\u6eff\u610f\u5ea6\u8abf\u67e5\u8868\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u5728\u6240\u6709\u884c\u696d\uff0f\u7522\u54c1\u548c\u670d\u52d9\u4e2d\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u6a19\u6e96\u5316\u8a55\u5206\uff0c\u6a19\u6e96\u7bc4\u570d\u5f9e-100\u5230+100\u3002NPS\u662f\u901a\u904e\u8a62\u554f\u5ba2\u6236\u4e00\u500b\u554f\u984c\u4f86\u8861\u91cf\u7684\uff1a\u201c\u60a8\u6709\u591a\u5927\u53ef\u80fd\u5411\u670b\u53cb\u6216\u540c\u4e8b\u63a8\u85a6\uff08\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u6216\u7522\u54c1\uff09\uff1f\u201d\u5ba2\u6236\u7684\u56de\u7b54\u7bc4\u570d\u70ba0~10\uff0c0\u70ba\u201c\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u201d href=\"https:\/\/www.trustradius.com\/products\/zoom\/reviews\" target=\"_blank\">TrustRadius<\/a>\u548c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.g2crowd.com\/products\/zoom\/reviews\"
